1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site operating independently of government. It neither stores official criminal records nor retrieves records, performs official checks, or files documents for a visitor.

Its material identifies custodians such as the Grays Harbor County Sheriff, criminal court clerks, the Washington State Patrol repository, and the Washington Sex Offender Registry. Some pages also connect visitors to outside research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Washington's Public Records Act, chapter 42.56 RCW, governs requests to government offices, and the Criminal Records Privacy Act, chapter 10.97 RCW, governs criminal-history dissemination. Those laws do not make this private site an official records custodian. As a condition of access, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools on the pages
• Interfere with performance or another visitor's access
• Attempt unauthorized entry into any system or account
• Use information to threaten, stalk, or harass a person
• Rely on site content for an employment, housing, lending, or insurance decision
• Violate any federal, Washington, or local law

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information obtained here or through a linked tool must not be used to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone. Misuse may also be criminal. Washington registry data receives special protection: the Washington Sex Offender Registry is meant for community safety, not vigilantism, employment blacklisting, or housing discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not prepare credit reports, consumer reports, or background checks. The site and its advertising partners are not designed to assess job candidates, rental applicants, creditworthiness, or insurance risk. You must not use information from this site or a linked tool to:

• Set insurance terms or judge creditworthiness
• Evaluate a renter or housing applicant
• Make a hiring or firing decision
• Determine eligibility for a permit, license, or government benefit
• Carry out any other action regulated by the FCRA

A lawful regulated check must come from an authorized FCRA-compliant provider or, where applicable, an official Washington State Patrol channel.

5. No Legal Advice

The material is general information, not legal advice. Only a licensed Washington attorney can advise how a charge, conviction, warrant, vacation, or sealing rule applies to a specific situation.

6. No Warranties

All content is supplied "as is" without a promise that:

• An outside search result will be accurate or complete
• The pages contain no error, defect, or security weakness
• The service will remain uninterrupted
• Information is complete, correct, and current at all times

Charges, dismissals, sealing orders, and Washington vacation relief can change a record. Delays and gaps are unavoidable. No statement here is an official statement by a court, sheriff, or other government agency.

Text, graphics, logos, and code are owned by Grays Harbor County Criminal History or its content partners. Copying, redistribution, modification, or derivative use requires prior written permission.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages arising from use of the site, including reliance on information found here or through a linked service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, demands, and proceedings caused by your use of the site or breach of these terms, including related legal fees and costs.

Washington law governs these terms. Any dispute arising from site use must be brought in a court located in Washington, subject to applicable jurisdiction and venue law.
